Cystic Fibrosis Center
The Cystic Fibrosis Center at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Children's Hospital is a multidisciplinary clinic that provides comprehensive care for children with cystic fibrosis based on the North American Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Guidelines. Patients are evaluated by physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, dieticians, social workers and nurses with experience in CF. Consultation with subspecialists in gastroenterology, endocrine, nephrology, orthopedics, hematology, pediatric surgery and psychiatry are available for consultation. CF clinic is held weekly on Tuesdays in the David Goldsbury Center for Children and Families. Patients are hospitalized on the 9th floor at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Children's Hospital when necessary. The floor is staffed by nurses, respiratory therapists and child life workers with experience in CF.
