Fellowship

Our fellowship program in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology was recently approved for a total of six fellows, two per year. The majority of the clinical portion of the fellowship takes place at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Children’s Hospital (CSRCH) in downtown San Antonio. Stem Cell transplant experience is provided at the Texas Transplant Institute Methodist Children’s Hospital, our partner in fellowship training. Research opportunities are available both at CSRCH in clinical hematology and oncology and also in laboratory and epidemiology research at the Greehey Childrens Cancer Research Institute.

Our first fellow, Dr. Greg Aune completed fellowship training in 2010 and has joined our faculty as a tenure-track Assistant Professor. Our current and future fellows are listed below:
