Cold Spring Harbor Protocols database: UTHSCSA Library is participating in a trial of the database, described as a "definitive, interactive source of new and classic research techniques," provides full-text information on protocols in areas such as genetics, molecular biology, computational biology, and neuroscience. Within the protocols are multiple search options such as author searching, institution searching and citation searching. Protocols can be downloaded to a citation manager and citation alerts created.
